This entire process really does start with creating a more compelling and aspirational future vision for our business. It’s very easy to just coast along, never really earning what we deserve to earn. I’m going to show you how I create my vision and how this forms the basis of all of my products and services.

2. Low bearing fruit
From my experience pretty much every business has some low bearing fruit in terms of the opportunity to charge more. I’m going to share a number of practical examples and help you identify where you could possibly increase your prices right now, and show the impact this could have on your overall business bottom line.

3. Product review
We need to have a long hard look at our products and services to determine what the real opportunities are for charging what you are worth. Sometimes a little creative product development can go a long way to increasing what you are charging.

4. Communicating value
One of the biggest issues when it comes to charging what we are worth is learning how to communicate the value that we actually bring to the table. I’m going to be sharing the 7 key communication tools that will enable you to increase your rates straight away. Do them all and this can be transformational for just about any business.

5. Art of subtle selling
I’m not a hard sell guy, I never have been and to be honest, it drives me crazy. The old “sell from stage” speaker approach is done. But I have learned to sell in a way that’s much more in alignment with my own style - and it’s a process I call “SUBTLE SELLING”. So I’m going to show you how to incorporate this into your business and I think you’re going to love it.

6. Create experiences
There is no doubt that we live in a world that is moving away from dull, boring and beige transactions to exciting, engaging and creative experiences. And those businesses that are really good at creating experiences can charge more than those that don’t. We will be running through a process I recommend to help make this transition and enjoy the results that it brings.

7. Stay on the path
For many business owners, the concept of charging what they are actually worth is long and difficult. At the first hiccup they buckle and lower their prices.
