2019 is a major milestone for me. It marks 20 years since my first book was published. Today I have thirteen books (most of them international bestsellers), that have been sold in 65 countries around the world and published in Indian, Chinese, Russian, Vietnamese, Thailand, Nigerian and Indonesian. This year I’ll release my fourteenth book.

It’s also my 35th year as a professional speaker. In that time I’ve delivered hundreds of keynote presentations in over 25 countries, working with incredible global and Australian based companies.

And last but not least, it’s also my 35th year as a business owner. I’ve learned a lot in that time, made many mistakes, hopefully got a few things right. I’m as passionate about helping business owners today as I was when I purchased my first business as a fresh-faced kid all those years back.

In the last 10 years in particular, I’ve started to do a great deal of coaching and teaching. Many of you may have come to one of my workshops, retreats or webinars. If you have, you know just how passionate I am to help others to succeed. To that end, and for the first time, I’ve decided to run a series of Online Master Classes that cover what I feel are 8 of the biggest challenges and opportunities for those of us in the business of sharing our knowledge and expertise. I’ll be running one Master Class per month, starting in May and finishing the first week of December. It’s a comprehensive programme and one that I think represents enormous value. I’m an advocate of the “subtle selling” approach. I’ve found it extremely powerful and I incorporate it into everything I write and every time I speak. Subtle selling is more humble, far more effective and completely void of any of the ugliness associated with the high-pressure sales approach.

In this Master Class I’ll share my approach to subtle selling, I’ll give you plenty of examples and scenarios that you can use immediately in your day to day business life, from your writing to your speaking (if you speak) to your one on one client interactions.
