Well another year has come to an end, and wow, what a year it has been. I know that many businesses out there have done it tough and continue to do so. But I feel that the tide has turned and that there is an air of quiet optimism and hope.
Christmas is a great time to reflect on the year that was but I think that this year it is more important to think about the year that will be. The questions I am going to ask myself over Christmas are –
What direction do I want to take my business in 2011?
What specific products and services will I focus on?
Which companies do I want to target?
Will I change my prices?
What marketing will I do and how will it be in line with the changing face of marketing?
What will I do differently in 2011?
What are my specific goals and objectives for the year?
What are my ten biggest achievements from 2010 – and how can I build on these in 2011?
This is just a short Bullet – I know that most of you will be busy tidying up loose ends and getting ready for a decent break. I hope that you really do get the chance to relax, put those feet up, clear your head and get the batteries fully recharged for a great year ahead.
I plan to launch a host of new products and services in 2011, most focused on small business and I am very excited about this. I will let you know about them early in the New Year.
I would also like to say a big thank you to all of my subscribers, coaching clients, consulting clients, readers, seminar attendees, conference delegates and media that I have connected with during the year. Your support, promotion and business is all very much appreciated and I look forward to working with you all for many years to come.
Have a safe Christmas, have a fun Christmas and get excited about the year ahead – it is going to be a big one. See you 2011.
Warm wishes,
Andrew
