In this signature event Andrew shares his own trials and tribulations and unique view of the world to inspire and energise all attendees. He shows how the ability to inspire others reaps exceptional rewards both personally and professionally. Andrew believes and proves that anyone can be inspirational if they know how. Past clients have used this topic when they want to motivate individuals within their organisation to step up, take responsibility and make a difference.

Trying to stand out from the crowd has never been more challenging. Customers are smart and informed and they can't be fooled by glitzy messages or fake promises that lack real substance. In this upbeat presentation Andrew introduces the “Surprise, Surprise” factor. This presentation is thought provoking, inspiring and fun. In a light hearted way Andrew shares many of his own life experiences and realisations that have led to him creating his first self-development book The Me Myth published by Simon & Schuster in 2009. Andrew describes “The ME MYTH” as living with the false and limited belief that the world revolves around “ME”. He believes that by changing this perspective, focusing outwards rather than inwards and actually getting on with living is the ultimate way to grow as an individual. In other words stop analysing and start living.
